Privacy Policy

When you fill out the quote form or the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the town the machine is in, and whatever you tell us in the message field about the machine and the situation. The form also lets you upload photos of your machine. Those photos come to us along with your message and are used to size up the machine's condition so we can give you a fast, no-obligation offer or an accurate estimate. If you would rather not use the form, you can always just call or text; the form exists for your convenience, not ours.

We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to you and doing the work you asked about. That means calling or emailing you back, evaluating your machine from your photos, scheduling a visit, and keeping enough records to honor whatever we agreed to. Your photos are working documents for us. We do not publish photos of your machine, your home, or your basement in our marketing without asking you first. If we would like to use a picture from a memorable job on the site, we ask, and no is a complete answer.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use it: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located, what kind of device they are on, and how they found us. GA4 uses cookies and collects data such as your IP address and pages viewed. We use this in aggregate to make the site better; we do not use it to identify you personally. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. If you prefer not to be counted, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will work fine either way.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We are not a lead-generation network, and your information is never passed along to one. The only people who see what you submit are the people at Tri-State Pinball who need it to help you. We share information with outside parties only when a service requires it (for example, the email service that delivers your form submission to us) or when the law requires it.

A lot of the people who reach out through our sell your pinball machine page are handling an estate, a downsizing, or a family situation that is nobody else's business. We treat those conversations with discretion. We will not discuss your situation, your address, or what was in the house with anyone outside the transaction, and we are happy to coordinate through an attorney, executor, or family representative if that is easier for you.

We keep correspondence, photos, and job records as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and to keep our own books straight, and no longer than that has a purpose. If you want the photos or information you sent us deleted, ask, and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

This site may link out to other websites, such as review platforms or parts references. Once you leave our site, their privacy practices apply, not ours. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

This site is meant for adults handling machines, quotes, and scheduling. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the bottom. We will not quietly change what we do with your information.
